The first few images for a series of RPG characters, questioning it all.
B-Grade University EP cover
Indie Darling Alex Lahey had me put together this cartoony homage to student life. We aimed for a 90's Nickelodeon vibe and her two cats, Lucy and Reggie, adorn the school crest! We also used the bits and pieces for her website and for the inside of the physical CD sleeve. http://alexlahey.com.au/
My fascination with the artwork on medieval tombs and remembrances led to the start of this set of dead ladies.
Redbubble meeting rooms
These little signs adorn the meeting room doors of Redbubble's Melbourne HQ. We had them printed on foamcore, with the foreground trees and objects stuck on as separate pieces to give a sweet layered effect. "Alpha" had parts cut out instead.
I've been drawing contributor profiles for the National Portrait Gallery's 'Portrait' magazine since the end of 2011. Each edition we go with a slightly different style. They're always interesting people and I really enjoy the challenge of bringing them together as a group each time!
Hustle and Scout
Hustle and Scout, Canberra's seasonal fashion market, is going from strength to strength! H&S has me illustrate their mascots for each round of promotional materials and signage/merch.

Gold and the Incas
The National Gallery of Australia hosted a massive exhibition over the end of 2013, 'Gold and the Incas'. It showcased hundreds of beautiful metal, ceramic and textile pieces from ancient Peru.
As a companion piece for kids, Jane Glasson, Suzie Campbell and I created a hardcover illustrated book, "I went with my Granny to a Place Called Peru". It features a pair of intrepid travellers and their discoveries all over the country. These are just a few of my favourite bits and pieces.
Will and Kate and baby George visited Australia in April 2014, and made a stop at the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra. We made a handy map/brochure to commemorate the event and encourage visitors to see what the royals checked out.
We opted for a slightly retro memorabilia feel, which was a lot of fun. We created 'Marty" the friendly sniffer dog as a guide throughout the brochure, referencing the fact the gallery had real bomb dogs doing the rounds! These are just a couple images from the front.
Some birdies I drew for Redbubble's baby clothes swing tag. It's a little postcard included with every order.
Portrait Mag - Her
Full page portrait of Mr Phoenix from "Her" for Portrait magazine's feature on AI. Drawn from a movie still.
TOMS Marketplace portraits
I had the pleasure of working with the lovely folks at TOMS to create over 50 portraits. Each is a founder of an entrepreneurial organisation they've partnered with in their new 'Marketplace' endeavour. The portraits are part of the brand info pages and we aimed for a friendly, clean look with muted tones. You can find out about the awesome Marketplace right here: http://toms.com/marketplace
Redbubble had a fabulous gallery at SXSW and they let me mod their logo with all things Austin/SXSW for printing on free tees, flyers, stickers and even a giant rotating cube!
